• He has been associated with the Global RegTech industry since 2012
• He is passionate about the possibilities RegTech solutions bring to the board
• He believes that Regulatory compliance software makes world a better place by promoting ethical business practices, ensuring environmental sustainability, and fostering transparency; creating safer, fairer, and more responsible societies
• He has been instrumental in forging strategic partnerships with SwissGRC, and leading Consulting Firms; he works closely with Technology and Legal teams to improvise and innovate on offerings
• Before founding Lawrbit, he worked with industry leaders like ADP, Thomson Prometric, Manipal Group, Path Infotech, and IMS Learning

AVTAR MONGA

• Avtar has been associated with the Banking & Financial Services Industry for 40+ years
• He is the former Managing Director of Bank of America’s Global Delivery Centers of Expertise (GDCE), where he established BoA Continuum Services (BACS) in India and expanded it to Asia and Latin America
• He has also been part of GE Capital India where he spearheaded SBI Card JV as well as Transport Financial Services as CEO
• He had been a Chief Operating Officer/Executive Director/Head Retail Bank with IDFC First Bank; and was instrumental in launching the bank and building it as a key player in the fintech space
• Avtar is a founding member and Independent Director of Fintech Association for Consumer Empowerment (FACE), an RBI-recognised Self-regulatory Organisation in the FinTech Sector (SRO-FT)
• He is passionate about building leadership and has been mentoring several successful industry leaders as well as advising a few global and local Start-ups
• He is currently on the Boards of 3i Infotech Ltd, Godfrey Phillips India, AzimuthGRC Technologies India, Hostbooks Ltd, RNFI Services Ltd, Iquippo Services Pvt Ltd, and more..

KULDEEP SINGH

Kuldeep heads Product Innovation for Lawrbit and leads a team of Software Developers.

He is a qualified Software Engineer from TMU and has been working on Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Solution domain for more than 7 years. He has interacted with Risk Officers, General Counsels, CFOs from over 100 leading companies in India and globally and has thorough understanding of their governance framework requirements. This understanding has helped him introduce many innovative ideas into our technology that eases many complex requirements in bringing controls to risk, compliance and legal matters.

He is a passionate tech geek and an agriculturist; loves reading about new technology and agriculture trends, try his hands on new games.

PRATIMA ARORA

Pratima holds an MBA with 20+ years of experience in Customer Relations, customer support, client life cycle management.

At Lawrbit, Pratima is responsible to design and implement training modules, processes, technologies, controls to enrich experience of our end client from implementation stage and throughout the engagement life cycle.

She is a tough task master, yet approachable and is always ready get down to the root level to ensure every end user issues are resolved and never reoccurs. Beyond handling her key responsibilities, she also contributes in sales, technology testing and operations.

Before joining Lawrbit, she worked with industry leaders like Muthoot Finance, Evok, HSIL (Hindware), FHIL, Eureka Forbes, etc.

MAYANK VASHIST

Mayank belongs to rare breed of Company Secretaries with MBA, Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA,UK) with 9+ years of experience in Compliances, Corporate Governance and Contracts Management; 3+ years experience implementing compliance solutions for clients in Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Automobile, IT / ITES, E-Commerce & Power sector companies.

He specialises in Secretarial Compliances, Secretarial Audit, setting up compliances, Internal compliance audits, assessment of operating effectiveness of compliances and development of standard operating procedures and compliance reviews (regulatory and statutory).

Before joining Lawrbit, Mayank worked with V-Mart (Top 500 Companies based on Market cap in India) as Company Secretary and as an implementation partner for a RegTech company.
