4. To obtain a new trade license the trader must obtain the property owner's GMC holding number. If the owner's GMC holding number is not available, the trader should request the owner to initiate the holding application process for the new trade license.

2. Proof of legal occupancy (Sale Deed/Rental Agreement/Lease Deed).
3. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the property owner (if rented).
4. Latest Property Tax Receipt or Utility Bill (Electricity/Water).
5. Certificate of Incorporation / Memorandum of Association (MoA) & Articles of Association (AoA) (for Companies). Partnership Deed (for Partnership firms).
6. Registration Certificate of VAT/GST/Udyog Aadhaar (MSME) (if applicable).
7. Site plan/Building Plan (if applicable).
8. NOCs from relevant departments: Police, Fire, PWD, Health, Pollution Control Committee (required for certain trades like food, manufacturing, or hazardous goods).
9. Completed Application Form (Fresh/Renewal).
10. Passport-size photograph of the applicant/proprietor and a front-view photograph of the establishment.
